Downstairs Remodel and Kitchen Upgrade, Leytonstone

For this project, C&V Construction carried out extensive structural works, including the removal of internal walls and installation of new steel supports to open up the space. The team stripped back the old plaster to brick, installed new plasterboard, and completed all electrical and plumbing upgrades. The renovation was finished with a new fitted kitchen, bespoke cabinetry, and replacement windows and doors - transforming the property into a bright, modern and functional home.

Bathroom Renovation, Leytonstone

C&V Construction transformed this dated bathroom by removing an internal wall to create a more spacious layout. Existing bathroom furniture was carefully salvaged and repositioned to make room for a new walk-in shower. The team handled all plumbing, electrics, plastering, and tiling, before adding finishing touches that reinstated the room’s original retro character - blending modern functionality with classic style.

Bedroom Renovation and Bespoke Wardrobes, Leyton

C&V Construction refurbished this bedroom from top to bottom, beginning with fresh plastering throughout. Bespoke fitted wardrobes were built around the chimney breast to maximise storage while maintaining the room’s character. The original floorboards were carefully restored, sanded, and finished with a warm varnish. Finally, the room was decorated and detailed to a high standard, transforming it into a functional and beautifully finished space.

C&V Construction removed the old small kitchen, carried out structural works with Building Regs for supporting steel, and opened up the hallway and removed the doorways to create an open space. We then created a bespoke dining corner to customer spec to maximise space.
